Lady J Wings [Fried]


  • 12 Whole Wings

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Tony’s Creole Seasoning

  • Accent

  • Flour

  • Lady J Sauce

  • 2 mixing bowls

  • 1 bowl with top

  • Oil

  • Frying Pan


  1. Rinse chicken wings in cold water and place in a small bowl.

  2. Sprinkle the wings evenly with seasoning and mix in a small bowl.

  3. Let the wings marinate, covered and chilled, for one hour.

  4. In a large frying pan, heat oil to 350 degrees F.

  5. Add flour in another bowl and coat wings.

  6. Heat pan then put oil into hot pan.

    (hint: warming your pan cuts down on the time needed to heat the oil)

  7. When the oil is hot, place wings into the hot oil (hint: submerge chicken in oil) and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

    (The complete cooking time is no less than 17-20 mins)

  8. Let wings rest for 5-10 minutes.

  9. Put wings in an empty bowl (one that has a top).

  10. Pour Lady J Sauce on the wings, cover with top and shake vigorously.

  11. *Voila* Lady J Wings
